Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties from the company s portfolio.
- Conduct property showings and deliver professional presentations to potential buyers.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored property recommendations.
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert opportunities into successful deals.
- Stay updated on property prices, competitors, and market trends to support client decisions.
- Assist with offers, negotiations, and required documentation to ensure smooth deal closure.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate must be fully eligible for the Tamheer Program.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance or related field.
Fresh graduate no previous experience required.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.
Ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
