Job Responsibilities:
• Answering the phone
• Save the customer s information in our Database that are calling
• Take messages/Transfer the line to the right sales person
• Provide brief information regarding the product/Service
• Coordinate and organize planning of delivery/pick up with the driver and the customer (align the timing, confirm that it has been delivered etc.)
• Keep files in order
• Friendly/Social
Job Requirements:
• Must possess strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage
• Must possess strong administrative skills
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to resolve queries on all incoming calls
• Candidates with Sponsorship Visa (Father s / Husband s sponsorship) will be preferred
Salary: AED 1,000 1,500
