Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
Undertaking urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of timelines, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
Handling the sales inquiries whilst discussing with the sales team and offering timely price quotes.
Handling orders by phone or mail and checking whether they have the correct prices, discounts and product details.
Inputting orders- Ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements while maintaining accuracy and their delivery on time.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate with a technical degree is preferable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Should be able to handle the telephone and email inquiries
Should be able to make cold calls to generate new leads
Be a team player and committed to complete tasks on time
Bachelor’s in engineering / Diploma/ BSC
