Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are a general trading company looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Sales coordinator to join out team.

  • Support sales team with day to day coordination and follow ups

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products and services

  • Maintain sales records, reports and documentation

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and delivery

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotation and related documents

  • Ensure timely communication with clients and maintain strong relationship.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or related field is preferred to ensure a solid foundation in sales principles.

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support or coordination roles, showcasing a track record of assisting sales teams effectively.

  • Familiarity with CRM software to manage client relationships and sales pipelines efficiently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting tasks.

  • Good Communication skills (English is must, Arabic and other languages will be an added advantage)

  • UAE driving License mandatory

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
