• Provide support to sales representatives and coordinating sales-related activities within the company, they contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Provide support to the sales team to include proposals, contracts, sales authorization, and cancellations.
• Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop a sales strategy accordingly.
• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the clientrsquos needs, cost and time restraints.
• Help the sales team to improve their productivity and spend more time selling, sales coordinators provide a variety of support services.
• Contact customers and prospects to arrange appointments or to make follow-up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates.
• Ensure that the sales team has sufficient quantities of sales support material, such as product brochures or case studies.
• Act as the first point of contact for urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are not available.
• Monitor the teamrsquos progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or event.
• Create work orders upon acceptance of one-time jobs and holiday requests.
• Communicate with the accounting department regarding work orders, invoicing and billing issues.
• Create schedules upon acceptance of contracts.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material availability.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports to the respective department and management.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems and monitor customer compliments, complaints and relevant issues.
• Generate and provide a certificate of insurance and workersnbspCompensation upon request from the client.
• Manage tracking of proposals, contracts and reports on a daily basis.
• Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
• Prepare the presentations and supporting material -- such as technical papers or customer references -- will be produced, help the sales representatives/sales manager win business.

Ability to multi task, manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.

Graduate/Diploma with minimum 1 year of experience.
