Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound client calls and messages (phone/WhatsApp) to confirm bookings and convert inquiries into appointments
- Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling salon/spa/wellness services, packages, and memberships
- Coordinate client appointments across multiple salon locations and ensure accurate scheduling
- Follow up with leads, missed calls, and walk-in inquiries to maximize conversion and repeat bookings
- Maintain and update client details in the system/CRM (preferences, history, packages, notes)
- Support branches with daily client coordination, confirmations, and service planning
- Monitor daily sales performance and support the team in achieving targets and KPIs
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor/manager when needed
- Ensure high standards of customer experience, communication, and professionalism
- Assist with basic reporting (daily sales, booking confirmations, package sales, follow-ups)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Female candidate only (Eastern European preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in client sales coordination within salons, spas, or wellness centers
- Proven experience in upselling and cross-selling services, packages, and memberships
- Strong background in handling client calls, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
- Confident, well-presented, and professional appearance
- Ability to work under sales targets and performance KPIs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple salon locations
- Immediate joining preferred
