• Analyze the appointed geographical area (country), either via telephone, email and visit if required.
• Research about companies that deal with Heavy Commercial Vehicles within the appointed geographical area (country) like in GCC countries and in Africa.
• Ensures adequate product knowledge
• Promotes sales by providing prospective customers with necessary info about our company and our products and make recommendations as needed
• Follow up all potential customers or exciting customer with requirement and offers.
• Processes sales orders for previous and new clients
• Managing inquires with suitable and correct prices.
• Sends shipping order confirmation to Logistics team
• Preparation and processing of invoices
• Creating close relation with customer to provide the service required or requested.
• Requesting payment from clients
• Follows up open sales transactions as necessary
• Monitoring and approving documentation to proceed with declaration.
• Following up on client, if shipment has been delivered on time and also if there is any damaged material.
• Monitoring sales and searching ways to improve sales.
• Agreeing working condition with client such as; price list, delivery type, payment type etc.
• Account opening and keeping record of all company profiles.
• Forwards invoices to Logistics team and confirms shipment approval
• Handles customers complaints
• Safe keeps important document for records monitoring purposes
• Takes part in continuously improving processes within the department
• Knowledgeable in stock/inventory planning
• Performs other functions as may be assigned by superior from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Indian Male, preferably with Driver’s License and willing to travel to Africa and GCC countries
• Filipina Lady, not more than 35 years old
• Excellent in communication and negotiation skills
• Background in the field of Heavy Commercial Vehicles
• SAP and B2B experience (min 2 years)
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel esp. Pivot Table and Vlook- Up
• Graduate of any business course
