Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and organize showroom inventory, ensuring optimal product display and presentation to maximize customer engagement and sales.
- Proactively greet and assist customers, offering expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns with precision and professionalism.
- Coordinate and schedule customer appointments, demonstrations, and consultations, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and effectively convey product information.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
