Must be able to communicate in English, Arab-speaking is an advantage for Sales position
Must have experience in our field (foam/food packaging manufacturing)
At least 22-40 years old
Providing full support for sales team.
Coordinating with customers for orders.
Coordinating with the printing and production for order processing.
Coordination with warehouse for dispatch of the orders.
Instructing and assigning the driver for deliveries.
Liaising with the accounts department for customer s outstanding payment.
Follow up on customer payments.
Preparing quotations for customers and doing the follow ups.
Visiting new customers and furnishing them with samples, catalogues and price list. (Eman)
Preparing correspondence through emails, fax etc.
Updating Iraq customers with dispatch advise.
Maintaining and organizing the filing system.
Entering the sales orders in the ERP system and issuance of the invoice.
Dealing with customers complaints and liaising with concerned department for corrective action.
Keeping a track of shortage items.
Maintaining a healthy relationship with customers.
Doing our level best to achieve the sales target.
Undertaking other job responsibilities as and when required.
Actively sell our products to customers in order to be able to achieve the agreed on sales target.
Follow-up and follow-through on all complaints of customers.
Inform (potential) customers on all formalities as to how our organization performs business and explain the documents that they receive from us
Follow up on inquiries from existing and new customers.
Search for and develop new customers within existing customer segments.
Support Sales Manager in development of new Business segments and creating new clients/customers.
Ensure that customers stick to their payment terms.
Provide management with information about what is going on in the market (activities of
Customers and competitors; potential risks and chances for our business).
Create together with Sales Manager Key account Plans
Ensure implementation of the Key account plans
Active participation in events and fairs, sales conferences and meetings
Meet local customers and deliver products/orders if necessary.
