Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and follow up on HVAC quotations, inquiries, and purchase orders
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts for order processing
Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery, and documentation
Maintain and update sales reports, customer database, and project tracking
Provide support to the Sales Manager and ensure timely completion of tasks
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator (preferably in HVAC sector) dampers, air distribution, HVAC accessories.
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to join immediately
Hindi/English communication preferred
Salary negotiable according to their experience.
