Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage showroom inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and visually appealing product displays to maximize sales.
 - Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with the warehouse and delivery teams for timely fulfillment.
 - Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers, assisting them in selecting building materials that meet their needs.
 - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively seek new business opportunities within the building materials sector.
 - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve showroom goals.
 - Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
 - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
 - Monitor sales performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the building materials or construction industry.
 - Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
 - Exhibits a strong understanding of building materials, including their applications and specifications.
 - Proficient in using CRM software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
