To maintain the Contract Database and send all signed rate codes for uploading. To ensure that all meetings are well planned, efficient and results oriented. To keep and to safeguard all contracts and financial documents. To develop an organized and efficient system for managing administration paper work including records, reports, budgets, traces, follow up and other documentation so as they can be found quickly and easily. To work on Travel Authorizations for Business Trips, coordination with Purchasing regarding flight tickets, Business Trip Expense Claim Reports. Updating monthly attendance in OASYS.
General responsibilities are to project at all times a positive and motivated attitude, to maintain a high standard of grooming and hygiene at all times, to maintain a good rapport and working relationship with colleagues and all other departments. Full support to Supervisors and team is essential, for any other reasonable duties and responsibilities are assigned.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
