Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with company objectives, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, regularly analyzing performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive B2B sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a competitive enterprise market.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS/Technology industry, with specific experience in [mention relevant industry, e.g., FinTech, Cybersecurity].
