This role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for Distribution Sales Manager who will be leading, directing and motivating the Professional Sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets. You develop and Implement locally relevant channel and distribution strategy to drive sales growth and market share gains in Signify Saudi Arabia.

What you ll do
• Delivering against established operational targets while maximizing sales opportunities and profitability in your sales channel.
• Managing sales team to achieve sales targets set.
• Manages different stakeholders and leverages internal and external resources towards getting things done.
• Designs optimal GTM structure to maximize sales and channel efficiency
• Delivers AOP targets (Sales, Profitability, Productivity)
• Drives high levels of customer partnership and satisfaction.
• Drives Lighting's (brand) positioning in the Trade channel.
• Builds required sales capabilities to drive sustainable business performance in the area
• Achieves revenue, margins and sales productivity efficiencies targets within the assigned geographical area.
• Implement a winning distribution strategy for assigned area.

Drives sales team engagement, culture of accountability
What you ll need
• Bachelor s Degree in Engineering. An MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years in a fast paced, complex, matrix reporting environment with at least 5+ years of commercial leadership roles
• 5+ years in market/customer facing operations with proven track-record in key account management and value based selling principles
• 5+ years of direct people management with ability to build strong sales talents
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic and ability to engage well with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong Financial Acumen & Stakeholder Management.
• Energetic and result driven personality
• Strategic thinker with focus on execution
