Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of BESS and UPS solutions, showcasing their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to the sales team and clients throughout the sales cycle and post-sale.
  • Develop and deliver customized technical proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Requires 3+ years of experience in sales engineering or a similar technical role within the BESS or UPS industry.
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of successful sales and technical support, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
  • Exhibits in-depth knowledge of BESS and UPS technologies, including battery chemistries, inverters, and power electronics.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as PE (Professional Engineer) or NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in using simulation software and design tools for energy storage systems and UPS applications.
  • Exhibits strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Possesses exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify and address customer needs.
  • Is fluent in English (written and spoken), with additional language skills considered a plus.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
