• Work with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for value creation.
• Field Based opportunity for business and exposure- 4Days Field 1Day Office
• Develop leads, business proposals and client presentations
• Pro-actively seek and help secure new business through ongoing client relationships and through building and maintaining professional networks
• SET will deploy 2 weeks training with strategy, plans, organisation and/or process design, and effective positioning solutions (communications, KPI development, training, etc.) to ensure achievement of agreed outcomes for the Sales individual, company as well as the clients.
• Development of procurement related research and benchmarking that enhances the company s competitive advantage and professional reputation
• Effectively manage client relationships so the company is viewed as a preferred provider and does after-sale duties to build long lasting relationship with clients
• Demonstrate leadership in collaborating and cooperating with other members of the team to ensure consistent delivery of high quality work.
• Achievement of internal KPIs for business development, revenue delivery and client satisfaction. (KPI s must be achieved to grow and develop long term in SET)
• Ensure process discipline requirements are met as related to client information, knowledge management and other areas as communicated by management
• Consistently demonstrate alignment with the company s values.
• Win the confidence of colleagues and client prospects as an expert technical resource.
• Complete new client technical surveys (Cost-Benefit Analysis) and manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses. SET will teach various of formulas
• Participate and perform demonstrations in sales discussions in live meetings
Extended Duties:
• Meets with clients in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge.
• Demonstrates advanced products knowledge to better communicate the product with the clients.
• Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures.
• Makes sales appointments with clients.
• Generates new leads by researching and calling prospective clients.
• Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product.
• Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales.
• Discovers how to market products to new users by knowing competitors and figuring out how to effectively think strategies to target consumers.
• Understands how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends.
• Uses the Internet to push products to a given target market.
• Teaches other sales consultants how to make sales to potential consumers.
• Demonstrates advanced sales knowledge.
• Always looks for new ways to make products attractive to customers.


Sales / Business Development

Desired Candidate Profile


• Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer / Sales Consultant
• Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions
• Freshers are welcome to
• Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
• Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation and creativity skills
• Willingness to travel
• BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base
• Driving License
• Own Car (Preferred)
• Can Speak other languages aside from English is a plus.
