1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2. Searching for new clients
3. Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with customers
4. Meeting regular sales target
5. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
6. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
7. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
8. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
9. Keep records of sales, revenue, and invoices etc.
10. Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales report.
11. Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
12. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.


Architecture / Interior Designing

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Proven working experience as business development executive , sales executive or a relevant role preferably in the Engineering Industry
2. Proven sales track record
3. Experience in customer support is a plus
4. Proficiency in MS Office
5. Proficiency in English
6. Market Knowledge
7. Communication and negotiation skills
8. Ability to build rapport
9. Time management and planning skills
10. BSc. In Civil Engineering or BSc. In Architecture or interior design
11. Arab (Male/Female)
12. 10 years’ experience preferably 7 years in business development in the field of engineering in UAE
