Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell electrical products such as LV panels, EV chargers, and automation/system integration solutions.
- Generate new leads and expand the client base within the MEP, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
- Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals, BOQs, compliance sheets, and quotations.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and attend site visits with clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and government entities.
- Ensure product and proposal compliance with local authority regulations such as DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, and SASO.
- Stay updated on new products, technologies, and competitor activity in the UAE and GCC markets.
- Utilize CRM tools, ERP systems (preferably Odoo), and MS Excel to track opportunities and project progress.
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, logistics, procurement) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in MEP, electrical distribution, or automation sectors.
- Strong knowledge of technical specs, electrical components, and BOQ preparation.
- Familiarity with authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, SASO) and GCC electrical market.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and ERP platforms (Odoo preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both technical and commercial contexts.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts independently.
