Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Work with end-user customers to approve and supply welding machines, welding consumables, and welding automation products for the customer's ongoing and upcoming projects.

Provide technical support and expertise on welding products to sales team and customers. Conduct thorough assessments and recommend tailored welding solutions to close business with customers.

Verify customer status, negotiate pricing and payment terms, ensure availability of material and / or coordinate with management to procure product and ensure on-time delivery.

Collect payments from customers and develop a robust information system to ensure a continuous pipeline of enquiries and work with teammates and customers to close business on a regular basis.

Provide regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and market insights, including new product recommendations.

Develop and execute sales strategies, identify new markets, and expand product offerings.

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products and new technologies.


Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, technical sales experience in welding and industrial products, UAE / GCC experience preferred.

Must have strong communication skills, oral and written, must be confident with presentations.

Hardworking, disciplined, strong team player.
