Job Summary:
Responsible for the Sales operation (prospection, presentation, negotiation, deal-closing, follow-up on payment and delivery) in specific target sectors and customer accounts.
Daily Tasks:
-Targeting new prospects
-Respond to any request from a prospect, customer, colleague or supplier within 24 hours, to maximize customer satisfaction and maintain a professional company image.
-Understand prospects specific requirements, collect detailed information and prepare RFQ forms and quotations.
-Maintaining relationships and continuous contact with prospects and customers.
-Conduct basic maintenance service and assistance to after-sales team when needed.
-Develop a high level of technical product knowledge about all the products offered.
-Prepare daily reports to summarize the daily activities done, monthly reports with a status of target achievement, and minutes of meeting after each customer call or meeting.
-Service and installation reports after each after-sales visit conducted.
-Presenting the company and its services in a highly professional and corporate manner.
-Generating new business accounts and opportunities.
-Collection of payments and documents.
-Always available on mobile and email even during weekends and holidays.
And other duties as assigned or required
Knowledge and skill Requirements:
-University degree or equivalent.
-Min. 3 years of experience in relevant field.
-Languages: Arabic, English.
-Computer literate (MS Office, Outlook).
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong negotiation and people relationship skills.
-Clear reporting skills, to describe in detail all the work done and feedback from customer.
-Detail-oriented, to include photos and a full description of work done or request from customer.
-Honesty, to communicate honestly with all colleagues and customers about all topics.
-Hard work, to complete tasks fully and follow-up until completion.
-Dedication, to complete tasks on time.
-Pleasant and respectful relations with colleagues and management.
-Professional attitude and positive customer approach.
