HVAC sales person must be goal-oriented, self-starting, and energetic, and must have a genuine empathy for customers along with willingness to help others. HVAC sales person should be thorough in HVAC design & should have proven record in sales with achievements of sales targets.
Should be able to handle the HVAC enquiries single handedly right from conception to maturity.

HVAC Sales Engineer job involves building positive relationship with customers, closing deals, developing new accounts, ensuring repeat business from existing customers, and making a positive impact in a company by enhancing business growth and achieving sales targets.

The key Responsibilities are –

 Develop a business plan and manage key accounts to actively maximize all opportunities for business.
 Should have clear knowledge of HVAC products, HVAC design (CHW application, VRF, DX Units & Ventilation).
 Should know Heat Load estimation ( HAP )
 Should know Preparation of HVAC B.O.Q. & quotations.
 Should maintains close follow-up of all enquiries with clients on daily basis.
 Should be good negotiator & who can close the deals independently.
 Achieve the business goals (Revenue & GP) as per budget.
 Achieve the business targets for self and the team.
 Should generate new clientele (Healthy bank of customer, Consultants & Contractors) to develop market coverage and growth strategies.
 Implement Vendor development initiatives for new products & services with growth mindset.

 Responsible for handling all sales activities, sales process, tender bidding process, sales follow-up, sales closing on a pro-active basis including Key Account management.

 Shall be able to demonstrate and do customer training also.

 Develop robust plans to ensure revenue growth.

 Should do monthly Reviews progress of sales target.

 Provides quarterly results assessments of self

 Innovative solution in value creation and brand building.

Compensation range -

Will be as per market rates.


Sales / Business Development

Desired Candidate Profile

Age 30 – 40 years preferable

 Should be self-driven with go & get attitude and should have proven records in similar profile.
 Should be able increase market share.
 Candidate must have worked in similar profile before and has been instrumental in delivering results over a period of time.
 Must be familiar with MS Office, MS Project, and Power Point.
 Excellent Communication skill in English (written & spoken).
 Valid Omani Driving license will be added advantage.
