Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for the full cycle of sales and business development to achieve annual revenue targets in the industrial sector.

Manage existing clients, develop new clients and promote new products and services for organic revenue growth.

Act as first level escalation for technical / commercial issues with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical support, Lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, tender & quotation submission and deal closure. Pre-qualification registrations for tenders and vendor lists including submittals for new markets and customers. Progressively grow new industrial markets. Attend industry events to increase market share; participate in company industry events. Maintain accurate quote register to ensure effective tracking and follow up on quotes; ensure quote register is updated monthly for management reviews. Account reviews monthly with leadership team prospecting, new business and account reviews / growing existing accounts. Major project tracking and review quarterly with the leadership team. Provide technical support for project submittals. Gather competitor information across market segments. Identify key growth opportunities, challenges and trends.
