Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the construction and building materials sector.
Identify and target potential customers through networking, referrals, and research to generate sales opportunities.
Provide technical expertise to clients on our range of construction materials and products, ensuring the best solutions for their needs.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, explaining technical specifications, benefits, and applications.
Prepare and deliver detailed, accurate quotations and proposals to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and engineers, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Assist clients with technical queries and provide after-sales support as needed.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and technological advancements within the construction sector.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 years of proven experience in sales within the construction or building materials industry.
Strong technical knowledge of building materials, construction processes, and industry standards.
Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
