Mission ofthe Role
To ensure Enjaz Energy achieves sales objectives through dedicated, ethical, customer-oriented business relationships and implementing best practices in every task of the sales function.
The Sales Engineer shall be an enthusiastic and Experienced in relevant fields toinitiate sales efforts and contribute towards sales and development strategies.
Achieve the Sales budget allocated through sales of the products and projects assigned.
Identify the market segments, customers and their requirements related to the assigned products.
Organize and arrange sales visits with existing and prospective customers.
Have Technical competence of assigned products
Undertake Consultative Sales approach to provide solutions, using the existing product mix
Work closely with customers to get assigned products, specified in design stage.
Undertake feasibility studies.
Identifying and establishing new customers and new business segments.
On time submission of the bids as required by customers and close follow-up with them to convert it as sales.
Provide pre bid and post bid sales, technical and commercial clarifications to customers
Tracking of projects to identify the opportunities and potential for our products.
Preparation and submission of visit reports.
Develop and execute business plan related to the products assigned.
Meet customers periodically; identify upcoming requirements and work closely to provide solutions from our products portfolio.
Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions / segments
Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
Managing client quotations and administering client accounts.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
Negotiating contract terms &conditions to meet client expectations according to Enjaz Energy policy.
Analyzing& optimizing costs to increase the sales.
Maintaining Enquiry database and monitoring Systems.
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
Visiting all prospective customers and Continuous Follow up with customers.

Strong technical skills and product knowledge
Team-working skills
Sales and proper client requirement assessment skills
Market-assessment techniques and insights, and confidence while talking with clientsare of great importance.
Effective negotiation and Order closing skills.
Able to provide high quality deliverables in agreed timescales.
Able to prioritize and manage competing pressures.
Fluency in oral and written English.
Computer Skills to operate Microsoft Office package (Power Point, Excel, Word)
Outstanding communication skills.
Strong influencing skills and commercial awareness.
Clean and Executive appearance
Arabic Speaking will be an added advantage but not requisite
Expected Experience
2 to 5 years of Similar Sales Experience in corresponding discipline and fields, preferably in Sale of Capital Goods like Power Plants / Boilers / Chillers/ Cooling Towers
Experience in high value technological capital equipment and products in the field of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utility and Manufacturing industries
Good knowledge of international standards and regulations
Ability / Willingness to travel extensively within the region / segment allotted.
Strong technical products knowledge.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Diploma in Engineering is also acceptable if the candidate is good
Marketing Degree would be added advantage.
