Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell electric motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), soft starters, and control panel solutions
- Support marine and industrial customers including shipyards, vessel operators, factories, OEMs, and contractors
- Conduct site visits, technical surveys, and product presentations
- Prepare competitive quotations, technical proposals, and follow-ups to secure orders
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Work closely with engineering teams for product selection and customized solutions
- Provide basic troubleshooting and after-sales technical support
- Identify new market opportunities and track industry developments
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in technical/B2B sales
- Strong understanding of electric motors, VFDs, control panels, and electrical systems
- Experience in marine and/or industrial applications
- Engineering background (Electrical/Mechanical)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Valid driving license (required)
