Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and prospective notice distribution locations, securing prime placement.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitor activities, pricing strategies, and identify emerging trends to refine sales tactics.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals with accuracy and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Holds a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, with a demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Exhibits strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to convert leads into successful sales.
