The main purpose of certified sales executive is to convince clients to buy car by demonstrating all the features and options of the product.
1) Advising and discussing customer’s needs on the most suitable vehicle.
2) Demonstrating automotive by explaining characteristic, efficient and features.
3) Explaining warranty policy.
4) Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
5) Arranging test drive with clients and exposing the capacity and options of the vehicle on the read.
6) Highlighting extra products to customers, such as accessories or after-sales service.
7) Completing related paperwork and pre-delivery inspections.
8) Following up with client and closing the deal.
9) Keeping existing and potential customers informed about new vehicle and deals.
10) Providing sales management information by completing reports.
