Position Summary:

Nabina Group is looking for a Sales Executive who can work towards customer satisfaction and understand the customer requirement. He/she will be responsible for sales of Hardware, Sanitary, Ceramic, Wood & other building material products. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, have willingness to learn and have good interpersonal skills.

Roles, Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Achieve objective for area of sales for given customer segment
- Upsell products and services to increase volume of sales
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluating and researching their company and analyzing their projects
- Good listener and puts himself in the customer place when evaluating requirements and try to provide complete integrated solution
- Approach cold leads to generate new business
- Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with various departments
- Proposes the best product and can challenge costumer requirement based on technical data related to product
- Very good market knowledge and understand the sale life cycle process.
- Commercial offer / Negotiation
- Generate Enquiries through cold call
- Order/Payment follow up
- Sales Forecasting
- Implement and maintain the company policy in the market


Construction / Civil Engineering

Sales / Business Development

Physical Abilities:

- Physically fit
Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree (Engineering)
- Should have valid Qatar Driving License
- 1 to 3 year experience in Project sales
