This is a contract role under ManpowerGroup - 12 months contract (to be renewed)
Based in Dubai (UAE)

Our expanding client base includes L Oreal, Hermes, Celine, Chanel, Dior, Lacoste, Quiksilver, Ted Baker, New Look, etc
The company is a publicly quoted group with a turnover in excess of $ 400 M.
Role:
Managed by the MEA AREA Manager, the sales executive is responsible for increasing revenues through identifying, qualifying, pursuing, winning, and closing opportunities across GCC Region (Focus on UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Lebanon, Bahrein, Oman)
You will be selling a global solution dedicated to the Retail business
Achieve agreed sales targets for assigned territory cost effectively
Ensure that all mandatory paperwork/reports such as pipeline reporting are produced as required and on time
Strong pre-sales and marketing (lead generation) support will be given.
Retail Main target: Luxury , cosmetic, fashion, shoes, jewellery, etc. (non-food retail industry)
Experience:
A proven track record of new business sales success, ideally in the field of Retail
Consistent overachievement against targets
5-10 years senior sales experience
Established and broad network and contact base within the Retail marketplace (nice to have)
Background from recognised software companies
Knowledge:
Commercially astute a business thinker, able to relate to senior managers across Retail clients
A deep and broad understanding of the software industry + retail (Nice to Have)
Understands outsourcing and Value Added Solutions
Skills:
Deal closer maximising the opportunity creating win/win deals for the company and our clients
Able to identify realistic opportunities, qualify them quickly and pursue them effectively
Strong presence and creates good first impressions
Persuasive and a natural influencer
Disciplined and tenacious
Dynamic and energetic
Determined results driven professional with a consultative approach to selling
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Excellent organisation skills
Proficient in MS Office software
