Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for cosmetic products within assigned territory or accounts, focusing on driving revenue growth and market share.
Conduct daily visits to salons and spas to introduce and pitch products to key decision makers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and salon owners, providing exceptional customer service and support to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the curve.
Present and demonstrate cosmetic products to potential clients, showcasing their unique features, benefits, and applications, and effectively addressing any questions or concerns.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in sales and marketing principles.
Minimum of 0-3 years of proven experience in cosmetic product sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
Experience working within the beauty or cosmetics industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of the market, trends, and customer preferences.
