1. Responsible for generating new sales leads and securing corporate business accounts
2. To achieve the revenue targets in developing new clients in building & contracting companies and to develop healthy market relationships
3. Constantly approach and qualify new leads and convert them to potential clients
4. Manage sustainable long term relationships with prospects and customers by regular communication and personal visits
5. Assessment and understanding of the clients’ requirements to provide the best offer
6. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions
7. Follow up on all proposals sent to clients and converting them into contracts
8. Maintain a good rapport with the existing clients and coordinating with them from time to time to get to know their maintenance issues, if any
9. Offering after sales support services
10. Ensuring excellent customer service satisfaction
11. Ability to meet sales targets
