Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at ABTC. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new leads, prospecting potential clients, maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will also be responsible for attending meetings, preparing sales reports, and providing excellent customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in sales in the construction industry. • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and target-oriented • Ability to work well in a team • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools • Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Malyalam is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Previous experience in the Building Materials industry is a must
