Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities. Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. Conduct client/site visits, meetings, and regular follow-ups. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts. Track market trends, competitors, and client requirements. Collaborate with HR and operations teams for smooth service delivery. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide management reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
