Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure smooth delivery of services/products.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Experience in Façade/ building material industry is a plus.
