Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure smooth delivery of services/products.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.

  • Experience in Façade/ building material industry is a plus.
