Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key accounts.
- Promote hotel rooms, event space, catering services, and other facilities to potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and client meetings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of the hotel s products, services, rates, and packages.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of local and regional market trends in hospitality is a plus.
