Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers across industries in Abu Dhabi. Manage client relationships and ensure high service quality. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Provide logistics solutions tailored to client requirements. Monitor competition and share market insights with management. Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in the CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or Marketing. 3-6 years of B2B sales experience (logistics/freight preferred). Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Fluency in English; Arabic preferred. Knowledge of Abu Dhabi market is a plus. Customer-first approach. High ownership and accountability. Resilient and adaptable under pressure. Strong communication and networking skills.
