Sales Executive White Crescent Cafe

The F&B Salesman/Saleslady is responsible for serving customers, promoting products, handling sales transactions, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience at the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting food and beverage items

• Take orders accurately and process them through the POS system

• Promote upselling and suggest additional items to increase sales

• Ensure products are displayed attractively and replenished regularly

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and service area

• Handle cash, card payments, and issue receipts properly

• Pack items as per company standards

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints

• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages

• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B, retail, or customer service preferred

• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

• Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of POS and cash handling

• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays
