We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Undertake regular sales calls to all accounts to ensure their continuous commitment and awareness of the hotel.
Compile all reports pertaining to the activities of the accounts or as may be requested by the Director of Sales.
Negotiate with prospective customers and maximize up selling opportunities whenever possible in addition to follow up on room rates/packages with corporate clients
Create, plan and execute new and different approaches and schemes pertaining to but not limited to corporate accounts
Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio covering all level of accounts
Target potential new accounts to the hotel for banquet and rooms
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads
Answer customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or any related field.
Previous Experience in Hospitality is a Plus
Microsoft Office Skills
Presentable and Motorized
