Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a proactive Sales Executive to deliver high-quality domestic worker placement services. The ideal candidate will manage customer needs, achieve sales targets, and ensure smooth operations from inquiry to deployment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet clients, assess their needs, and offer appropriate worker options
  • Clearly explain contract terms, procedures, and policies
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or CRM system
  • Follow up on requests and ensure completion of government procedures
  • Promote available packages and achieve monthly sales goals
  • Prepare accurate contracts and maintain complete documentation
  • Build strong client relationships and resolve any complaints
  • Submit daily and monthly reports on performance and challenges


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; university degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or domestic worker recruitment
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
