Job Description

The Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales) position is crucial for driving our company's growth by engaging directly with potential clients in the field. This role requires a highly motivated and energetic individual who can create and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to enhance the clients' business outcomes. As a representative of our brand, you should be able to confidently present our products and services, negotiate contracts, and close deals in a professional manner. Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential customers through outdoor visits and direct sales activities.
  • Build and maintain rapport with key clients and decision-makers for long-term relationships.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of company products to potential clients.
  • Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team targets in assigned territory.
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, prices, and return policies with clients effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver timely sales forecasts, and status reports on customer needs, interests, and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to network and promote company products.
  • Document and update CRM system with customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Provide after-sales support and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and monitor competitors, gaining insights to improve sales strategies and approach.
  • Report to sales manager on customer feedback and market trends for strategic planning.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in outdoor sales or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Highly self-motivated with a target-driven attitude and ambition to succeed.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and communication.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory and flexibility to adjust to varying field conditions.
