Roles & Responsibilities

Join a fast-growing real estate team in Dubai as a Sales Executive specializing in apartment rentals and vacation homes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, communicates confidently, and enjoys guiding clients toward the right property solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and promote apartment rental units and vacation home listings to potential clients.
  • Respond to inquiries, arrange and conduct property tours, and oversee the full leasing cycle.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with property owners and tenants.
  • Meet monthly leasing goals while ensuring properties maintain high occupancy.
  • Keep up-to-date with Dubai s rental market, pricing, and competitive trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

Employment Type: Full Time
Experience: Previous experience in real estate leasing, vacation homes, or property management preferred
Qualification: Estimated Qualification like Bachelor Degree holder, Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Real Estate, Business, or related field
Salary: AED 4000 to 7000
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Visa Requirement: Own Visa or Freelance Visa
