Job Purpose: Sales and Marketing
Responsible for sales and Marketing activities of Binarbaid division products in order to increase market share and, carry out direct marketing and sales activities to obtain construction projects, fabrication engineering Projects, Equipment Leasing Orders, Waste Management Projects, Porta cabins Sales, Trading of Woods to major accounts in local Qatar market, in accordance with agreed business plans.
Graduate or Diploma Holder, Additional studies, training in business development, marketing, and communication will be added advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Increase the sales and achieve targets.
Services existing customers, obtains orders, and establishes new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
1. 05 years of GCC experience in same field. Experience in Waste management, building materials, manpower supply, carpentry & joinery, construction, hospitality & cleaning is added advantage.
2. GCC / Qatari license is a Must.
