Roles & Responsibilities
Build and manage a strong client network within the UAE and Middle East oil and gas market. Promote the company’s CNC machining services, downhole tools, oilfield equipment trading, and industrial solutions. Conduct client visits, technical discussions, and project follow-ups to understand customer requirements clearly. Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and manage negotiations to close sales. Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure high service standards and repeat business. Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to align project timelines, specifications, and deliverables. Track sales leads, maintain CRM documentation, and provide weekly updates on pipelines and progress. Participate in exhibitions, vendor registrations, and regional business development activities. Identify new opportunities across oilfield operators, EPC contractors, drilling companies, and service providers.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Offshore Synergy. The role focuses on generating business within the UAE and Middle East oil and gas sector, specifically targeting clients who require CNC machining, downhole tools, industrial equipment trading, and related engineering services. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a technical understanding of machining and oilfield tools, and proven experience in developing long-term business relationships across the region.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales within the UAE or Middle East oil and gas industry. Strong knowledge of CNC machining, downhole tools, well-intervention tools, oilfield consumables, industrial equipment, or related services. Existing network within the oil and gas sector (ADNOC contractors, drilling companies, service providers, etc.) is highly preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, or machining requirements (preferred but not mandatory). Valid UAE driving license. Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling the full sales cycle independently. Work Hours Full-time, standard UAE business hours.
