Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the doors, glass, and building materials sector.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client acquisition and retention.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 23 years of sales experience in doors, glass, or building materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be energetic, motivated, and target-driven.
- Arabic language proficiency is a strong plus.
- Valid driving license (if required by employer).
