Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key timber industry Carpentries, Interiors Fit-outs, distributors, and construction companies, to drive sales growth.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the timber market, focusing on specific product lines and geographic regions to expand market share.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on volume, revenue, and profitability of timber products.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities within the timber industry to inform sales strategies.

  • Capable of managing customer issues, supply challenges, and changing product availability with professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 1 years of proven sales experience within the timber or related building materials industry is required.

  • Experience working with diverse nationalities and cultures, understanding of international timber trade practices.

  • Strong ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

  • UAE Driving License Mandatory.
