Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries such as chemical, oil, food, and logistics.
Generate sales through cold calling, client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
Promote and sell products including IBC tanks, plastic drums, jerry cans, and buckets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for order execution and timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data, and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in B2B / industrial sales, preferably in plastic manufacturing, packaging, or related industries.
Good knowledge of products like IBC tanks, plastic drums, jerry cans, buckets, or similar industrial products.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads, develop new clients, and close sales independently.
Experience in handling corporate clients and maintaining long-term relationships.
Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Basic technical understanding of plastic products (HDPE, blow molding, injection molding preferred).
Familiar with UAE market (GCC experience is an advantage).
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and email communication.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred for field sales roles).

Experience in industrial packaging sales
Knowledge of UN-certified packaging standards
