Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the construction and real estate sectors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, interior designers, and property developers
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations for large-scale projects
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
