Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the marble and stone industry. This experience is mandatory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of marble and stone projects from enquiry to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer enquiries and provide expert advice on marble, granite, quartz, and natural stone products.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable materials based on application, budget, and timelines.
Prepare, share, and follow up on quotations, BOQs, and project proposals.
Conduct site visits to understand project scope, measurements, and installation requirements.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, designers, builders, and end clients
Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure accuracy in order details, material specifications, delivery schedules, and documentation
Maintain proper records of sales activities, invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare and submit sales performance reports and follow-up status updates.
Handle after-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Stay updated on new stone materials, finishes, market trends, and pricing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marble, granite, or natural stone sales (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of natural stone types, finishes, slab sizes, and basic fabrication processes.
Experience handling quotations, BOQs, pricing, and sales negotiations.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work independently.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Good understanding of site requirements and coordination with production and installation teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Experience dealing with contractors, designers, and fit-out companies is a plus.
