Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded to drive retention.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to the unique challenges of potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, demonstrating a keen understanding of pricing strategies and competitive positioning.

  • Promote and sell the garage’s automotive services, including repair, maintenance, and specialty services

  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information about services, and guide clients in selecting appropriate solutions.

  • Coordinate with the workshop team to schedule appointments and service jobs efficiently.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to ensure a solid foundational knowledge of sales principles.

  • A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, particularly in B2B environments, to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Prior experience in automotive sales, service sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
