Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers Present, promote, and sell products or services Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives Maintain strong relationships with existing customers Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
